Some of our members have experienced frustration in trying to reset their passwords. Here are step-by-step instructions to help. Even with this guide, some email systems will always reject password reset emails, because they think they’re spam. If you don’t ever get to step 5, then please contact OCA and we’ll reset your password for you.
Step 1: Go to the login page and click on “Lost Password” link:
Step 2: Fill in your email address that OCA uses for your account, then click “Get New Password”:
Step 3: It may look like you’re back where you started, but now the yellow message is telling you to check your email:
Step 4: Check your email AND spam folder for an email with subject line “[The Osteopathic Cranial Academy] Password Reset.”
Step 5: click on the last link in that email:
Step 6: You’ll arrive at a new screen. Type in your new password twice, then click “Reset Password”:
NOTE: If you get an error at this point about an invalid key, then open up a different browser, and start from step 1.
Step 7: Finally, you’ll be asked one last time to fill in your email and new password:
