    Part 1: Sunday April 21 2024 (7pm Eastern/ 6pm Central/ 5pm Mountain/ 4pm Pacific) Part 2: Sunday May 19 2024 (7pm Eastern/ 6pm Central/ 5pm Mountain/ 4pm Pacific) Each Zoom session will start at 7:00pm Eastern/4:00pm Pacific and last for 2 hours.  This is a mixed virtual class with attendance required for the livestream portion, additional lectures posted for asynchronous learning at your convenience, and homework "labs" to be conducted in your regular practice and written up.  Homework submission is required for CME.
