Why is it limited to 15 hours of Category 1-A CME?
We have applied for Category 1-A credit for all sessions of this series (a total of approximately 24 hours). As we understand it, current AOA policy is to recognize only 15 hours of Category 1-A online learning per 3 year cycle. Under current circumstances, the AOA may change that policy, but that is at the discretion of the AOA. You should be able to claim the additional hours as Category 1-B.
I can’t attend the livestream, can I watch a recording later?
You must attend the livestream to qualify for Category 1-A credit. Per AOA requirements, the video recordings will be available for review for anyone who attends the livestream event. So you can register for the livestream event and just watch the recording later, but you won’t qualify for Category 1-A CME. The free version of this conference is not available for later viewing.
